April14 - Thunderstorms and Showing Up

The first quarter 2014 came and went. Being busy with balancing and reviewing, coming to terms and celebration. We do have two round and semi-round anniversaries coming up. One private and one professional.

Time to check our scores and to readjust priorities, directions and intentions.

And there is a bucket list for summer coming up.

Thunderstorms create electricity. Time to show up and see, what is out there.

Time to sprout. Time to grow.



 

Feb 14 - A subtle Shift

Practising at the gym, felt a subtle shift of season.
Not being a winter practice moving a hibernating body anymore.
Walked home. Aconites, snowdrops and cowslips are out.

In sheltered spots within this mild winter, even the buds on some hardier bushes are opening.

A subtle shift.

With rising sap, the old residues are stirred up as well.

Acknowledging and letting go. This awkwardness as essence of Carnival.

Hello, detoxing. Hello, remineralizing herbal teas.


Listening to the sound of cracking bark in all of us.

Weihnachten 2013 - Travelling into Peace

Die Jahr war voll und anstrengend. Erfüllt und fordernd.

Die Ausstellung "Virtus et Vitium" ist abgeschlossen und nachbereitet.
Das Folgeprojekt "Symphonia - Vom Klang der Schöpfung" hat als kleine, feine Übung gut getan.

"Advent im Rheintal - Weihnachten in aller Welt" ist erschienen.
